What is presently the most serious environmental threat facing mankind?


Replies:
My opinion would be the availability of good, clean, pure, drinkable water. I fear as more time passes we will find trace contaminants of various chemical/pesticide residues in what we hoped was clean water. To a large extent scientists are getting a handle on this problem, but given our necessary intake of water, it is very important to all of us to help protect our drinking water supplies.
