Subject:     Material of baseball bats.
I would like to know why aluminum alloy bats hit a baseball farther than a
wooden baseball bats?

I do not know a lot on this subject, but I would think that since the a
aluminum bats are lighter, the player can swing them faster and hit the ball
further.  It is possible there is also a larger "sweet spot," so that it is
easier to get a good reaction from the hit.
