Is there anyway to reverse the bone density loss that occurs in space?

Apparently our bodies have responded to gravity by building up our bone
density when gravity is here. When it is not, our body says, why bother. I
suppose we need to trick our bodies into thinking there is gravity in space
of the same size on Earth.
