Since the all the galaxies in the universe are moving away from each other what kind of distance does the milky way cover in a period of ten years?


Replies:
The Milky Way is the rest of our galaxy. since we are in it, we do not see it moving very far at all. What we would see is the other galaxies moving away from us. The other galaxies are so far away that they look like stars to our eyes.
