How do black holes generate gravity?
Why are not they stronger or weaker than they are?

All matter attracts other matter. That is gravity. Black holes have the
same gravity that all other objects have. They are just much more massive.
Black holes started out a big stars which collapsed under their own mass.
If they collapse far enough they become a black hole. Go to the library and
look for books and articles. If they are hard to read at first, do not
despair. Keep reading articles over and over and you will start to discover
that you understand. This is fun stuff to learn. You will enjoy it.
