The Earth has been around for between 4.5 and 4.6 billion years, according
to the most recent estimates I am aware of. The Moon is probably no more
than a few hundred million years younger than the Earth. This is actually a
substantial fraction of the age of the whole universe (between 9 and 15
billion years) - so the Earth is pretty old by just about any standard.
