matter, and level of complexity you have in mind?  What level of cost do you 
have in mind?

Text:        Craig Bohren, an atmospheric scientist, has a book out called 
"Clouds in a glass of beer" that has simple explanations and demonstrations of 
atmospheric phenomena.  He also has a column in a magazine called 
"Weatherwise" which many libraries have.
