why do crayfish have strange behavior my crayfish sometimes stands in a strange way for example it tucks its tail in then stands up and shivers a lot.

Crayfish behavior has been widely studied and there are many reports on the internet, and some interesting videos on You Tube, but I have found nothing like what you describe. Here is one introductory site:
