Question:
We went nature hiking and found several new nests
of catepillars in many different stages ranging from 1/4 inch to 2
inches. They were all twitching back and forth left then right
left then right all of them kind of in a rhythm even the little ones were
doing this. Is this a form of communication?
Replies:
Some species of caterpillars will raise up and twich together as a group
when the group is disturbed!
