Is there a way to make or create plants and an atmosphere on other planets? Can we make life available on other planets?

Here on earth we can create micro environments in sealed glass jars or larger vessels/enclosures, But we have not had the opportunity to try to start life on other planets, yet. Perhaps you will have that opportunity during your career. Sincere regards,
