How can tides be used to produce electrical energy?
Replies:
If you let the flowing tide move over a turbine and connect the turbine
to a generator, and later as the tide rolls in the opposite direction,
reverse the turn of the turbine and the generator, you are able to
produce electricity, as they do in, I believe, France.
