Question:
Is there a scale to tell how earthquake resistant a building is?
Replies:
Hi Jasmine,
It is my understanding that buildings are designed to be resistant to
earthquakes of a specified level as measured on the Richter Scale,
which is the method used to measure the magnitude of actual
earthquakes.
