How does the implementaion of (CRM) crew resource
management in aviation industry have resulted in overall improvement in
aviation safety.

CRM was developed after a number of incidences in which the "captain as king"
attitude contributed to an undesired outcome. The basis of CRM is that the
faculties of all crew members should be employed to promote safety. Although
I am not familiar with the actual training, this is the philosophy underlying
the program.
