Question:
What kind of circuit would I need to make a door alarm that when the door opens an alarm or light will sound?

Replies:
You need the sort of circuit that a flashlight has -- say, wire from battery to thumbtack in the door jamb; wire from thumbtack in the door to light; wire from light back to battery.
