How do I disable COM1 on a Packard Bell PC?

Try to contact the Packard Bell home page Or during the initial boot up try pressing the F1, F10, or the del key and you might be able to access the BIOS/CMOS in there you will be able to disable the com ports. Just be-careful when changing settings in the BIOS because this is what your computer needs to boot up with.

Thanks for the question
