Question:
What will stop Bleach meaning what will neutralize bleach?

Replies:
Bleach is an oxidizing agent. Reducing agents will destroy it. Unfortunately, there aren't very many readily-available reducing agents around, since we live in an oxidizing atmosphere. Reducing agents tend to get consumed by atmospheric oxygen. There are lots of laboratory chemicals that will work, but they can be hard to obtain, and they may form nasty products when they react with bleach.
