What are the diseases of a Rubber Tree that causes the leaves to fall off?

Replies:
The leaves naturally would fall off with seasonal changes

For indoor plants, any sudden changes in light, temperature, under watering also:

There also could be diseases that contribute to this problem but I am not familiar with them.
