Question:
I see the purple flower on a banana bush. How do i know when to pick the fruit to ripen do i clock the day it first appears then harvest? I have eaten some off the bush but some time they don't ripen a good web site or info will be appreciated.

Replies:
Usually harvested while fruit still green, and then gradually ripen.
