Where is you appendix, the left side or the right

Jason, Most people have their appendix on the right side, however, some people have it on the left. What I think you are actually asking deals with the fact that due to the poor nerve configuration in the lower abdomen, people perceive to feel an infected appendix on the opposite side of the body cavity than it actually is located.
