Dogs panting to stay cool
Name: Bob W Whitbeck Age: N/A Location: N/A Country: N/A Date: N/A
Please explain how a dog's panting helps it stay cool.
The same way that other mammals sweat to stay cool: by evaporation. Many mammals cannot sweat to cool off because of their hair or fur: most of them pant instead.
