Nail growth rate

My name is Denise Munk. My question is:
Why do your finger nails grow faster than your toe nails?

Answer: The blood supply to the hand is more efficient than the blood supplied
to the lower extremities. It is obvious why and this may explain
why fingernails grow faster than toenails.
